Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you.
How to Return
Returns are processed by mail. To initiate a return, please email us at support@heybubududu.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Heybubududu is not responsible for lost return packages.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for any return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
