1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Please ensure you contact us before returning any items.

2. Non-returnable items

Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Digital downloads or gift cards.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

4. Return Process

  • Email us at support@heybubududu.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for our approval and return instructions before shipping the item back.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
